PumpLink offers a permanent free tier limited to one connected device with no time restrictions.
Paid Subscriptions
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. For billing disputes, contact support@pumplink.dev.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings, or by contacting support@pumplink.dev.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We perform regular backups. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of data.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
PumpLink is not liable for any physical damage, property damage, personal injury, or other harm resulting from the activation, deactivation, or malfunction of connected hardware devices, whether caused by the Service, network issues, software bugs, or any other cause.
You acknowledge that remote control of physical devices carries inherent risks and that you accept full responsibility for the safe operation of your connected hardware.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Musab Bin Gulfam, trading as PumpLink, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The ESP32 firmware repository is released as open source. Usage is subject to its repository licence.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUMPLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUMPLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PumpLink and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a security risk or harms other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data before termination by contacting support@pumplink.dev.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith informal negotiation for a period of 30 days, after which disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The PumpLink iOS app forms part of the Service covered by these Terms. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms in addition to Apple Inc.'s App Store terms.
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. In the event of a conflict between Apple's terms and these Terms, these Terms govern to the extent permitted by Apple.
